Disrupt service stability through scrapers, automated scripts or bulk requests;

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Platform content

The website UI, official character cards, logo, copy, code and design belong to the Platform or the corresponding rights holders. They may not be copied, adapted, redistributed or used commercially without written authorization.

4.2 User-submitted content

You retain rights to content you upload (character cards, custom profiles, chat prompts, etc.). You also grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to store, display and distribute that content within the Service in order to provide the Service to you.

4.3 AI-generated content

AI-generated replies are provided "as is". They may contain inaccurate, fictional or offensive content. You should make independent judgments about generated content; we make no express or implied warranty regarding its accuracy, legality or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features are unlocked through subscriptions or one-time purchases. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before expiration; after cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle. Pro-rated refunds are not provided unless required by law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially violate these Terms or endanger others or the Service. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that have already accrued.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is registered (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Before litigation, both parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
